The 50’ long infinity edge pool is perfect for swimming laps or just cooling off. Tropical flowers and plants abound. If you arrive in late spring you may find the cactus in bloom. Or bananas and papayas ready to be picked and eaten. The covered terrace is a wonderful spot to watch the sea while you’re enjoying a meal.  

The Residence

Residencia Esperanza is an exclusive gated community at easternmost point of Las Terrenas. 3 clay tennis courts are expertly maintained less than 5 minutes walk from the house. The residence has it’s own beach with calm, turquoise waters in a quiet, little bay which is a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive from the house. While no beaches in DR are technically private, access is very limited and you’ll usually find yourself alone to enjoy the water and surrounding mangroves.
